Kitchens at Pheasant Bush

The larger barns have ovens. They have a knob (push to eject the knob) that gives the function (grill, fan, etc) and another for temperature.

Please do not turn the oven off at the wall switch. 

We regularly check our inventory and there should be everything you need, but if you feel like anything is missing just let us know. If it isn’t something we usually provide but we have it available in our kitchen we are happy to let you use it.

Both properties that sleep up to 4 people have dishwashers. Press the P button and select the desired program. (We recommend 3). Insert a dishwasher tablet (provided), then press the triangular play button before closing.

The glass hobs in both barns can be turned on using the on button (touch screen on the hob). Then select the hob you want, and adjust the temperature using the touchscreen buttons.

Please wipe up spillages  because when dried they can prevent the heat sensors working correctly.

Only the Downhouse has a microwave.  Select the power and time using the knobs.  Please cover any food that might splatter.

Only the Downhouse has an Airfryer.  It does NOT need oil. There is a QR code on the front for recipes and instructions, there is also some liners which you are able to use when cooking fattier items.  

Please do NOT remove the strainer plug. It’s there to stop food and debris from clogging the drains. Only remove to empty it into the bin.

A washing up bowl is also provided which also has a built in strainer.
