Pandemics, redundancies, family tragedy and a general desire for a change led us to buy pheasant bush in 2022 and convert the barns into holiday lets.  We’ve loved the lakes for as long as we can remember, and left our native yorkshire to settle in cumbria, and relish in the lifestyle and beauty of this unique world heritage destination.
