Enjoy yourselves and treat the place with respect.  Aside from this keep noise to a minimum after 10.30pm, no dogs on carpeted areas or on furniture, and if you’re unsure of anything at all, please ask.

Wi-Fi access is on a picture in the accomodation.  Please do not unplug the router. It’s a 75mb connection so enough to watch TV and use a laptop, but multiple users all using large amounts of data may struggle.

Radiators are set to a schedule.  You can use the arrow keys to lower or raise the temperature, which will reset to the scheduled temperature when the timings next change.  The schedule is set to eco, and ‘normal’ in the morning and evenings, with periods when it’s off during the night and middle of the day. 

Please do NOT attempt to change any settings on the radiator, this can result in them stopping working altogether.  Please only use the arrow up and down button.  
Hot water is stored in a large tank, enough for 4 showers. If it goes cold please wait for it to reheat.

All TVs have Prime, Netflix and Disney. If you can’t access please message us.  if you log into your own accounts during your staff please let us know so we can reset them.
There is also most main channels (eg BBC) accessible via apps to watch live or via catch up. Samsung TV channel also has lots of channels to watch live or via catch up.

The large blue bin with green lid can take any waste.
Recycling can be left in the basket next to this bin, in the accomodation or taken to the local centre, opposite the school.

there are spare bin bags under the sink if needed.

Please ensure all windows are closed, lights off, and doors securely locked when you go out.  You can use the key box to store the key while you’re out.

Please switch ALL lights off, this helps us keep our accommodation costs lower.

Feel free to use any areas in the garden to relax, dine, play and exercise dogs.  There is an enclosed area for dogs if you or your dog would prefer this.

The accomodation is self catering, however to make your stay more comfortable you should find toilet roll, hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge and cloth, oven gloves, tea towel, towels, tissues and some tea and coffee.  
If there’s anything else you need either beforehand or during your stay please ask.  We may be able to provide additional items subject to cost.
